2020 Retreat Series

Following another successful Series in 2019, we are now planning a further Series in 2020. The new Series will be conducted in six (6) locations: Sydney, Singapore, Cape Town, Hamburg, Amsterdam and San Francisco.

In Sydney, we will cover a wide range of supply chain topics in three (3) monthly sessions, between March and May’20.  These are offered as a program or as stand-alone sessions for those with a particular area of interest.

For the other five (5) global  locations, we plan to hold special 1-day Retreats in Singapore, Cape Town, Hamburg, Amsterdam and San Francisco.

The format in all locations will be by-invitation-only, small-group, content-rich, and  highly interactive. Each day will be followed by a private networking dinner in the evening.

For 2020 the theme will be: Using the ‘flywheel’ effect to build momentum

We plan to go deep into the topics of the day, including but not limited to: digitisation; and digital transformation; omni-channels; sustainable supply chains and the ‘license to operate’; risk mitigation and resilience in volatile operating environment; plus several  innovative frameworks for understanding the core drivers that underpin all supply chains.

If you are interested in receiving an invitation, please contact Dr John Gattorna or Ms Deborah Ellis.
